About the Photographer

I was an old-school film photographer in the ’70s and ’80s, but a demanding 42-year career in public service caused me to put my camera aside. When I retired in 2019, my husband Chuck encouraged me to rediscover my creative side through digital photography.

After losing Chuck in 2021 due to pancreatic cancer, I returned to photography in 2022—and haven’t looked back.

Today, photography takes me across North America, with a particular love for Canada’s national parks, wildlife, landscapes, and skies. I also photograph extensively in my home state of Maryland and on my favorite island, Puerto Rico.

My work encompasses landscape, wildlife, astrophotography, and macro photography, but I never like to limit where a camera might take me.

I’ve sold my photographs to businesses, individuals, and collectors in Banff, Toronto, Vancouver, Puerto Rico, and to clients across Canada, the United States, and beyond.

I continue to travel in search of the next photograph that makes me stop and say, “Wow.”

Thanks for joining me on the journey.
